Project Experience

Vancouver Art Gallery
The Vancouver Art Gallery has long been recognized nationally and internationally as one of the great art galleries/museums in Canada and an important showcase for the visual arts within British Columbia and Western Canada. To better achieve its mission and mandate the Gallery has long sought a new site and building to replace the adaptively reused courthouse that has been its home for many years.
The Vancouver Art Gallery selected Lord Cultural Resources to conduct a Business Plan and Projections study assuming a new site and facility.
In a letter regarding the quality of our work, Paul Larocque, Associate Director states:
“Throughout the six-month process, I was extraordinarily impressed with the work accomplished, the professional manner in communication with staff, board and stakeholders, and the depth of knowledge and experience brought to this important research project.”
